Palamino unicorn
Palamino unicorn by @SnowFox102 (Rachel Briscoe)

This image was the first one I ever postworked. The mane, tail and fetlocks were brushed out with GIMP's smudge tool, using one of Bloodsong's awesome fur brushes.

It's far from perfect - the hair is a little thick, and the trees should be casting shadows - but I still like it. I'm pleased with the posing too. I never use "canned" poses, except to build off of them, but some models are hard to pose.

Poser 5 with GIMP postwork, as usual.
