My fourth submission to DYOS VIII.

Not much to say about this one, except that trying to trace down references for wiki maintenance, these old comics are the only surviving references to the Neptune OS-tan chibi. It's only years later in hindsight it struck me @GenMarshall was probably in circles much more dedicated than random image searches for his animu repertoire. :B

While I'd slipped in Red Alert cutscenes before, this is the first appearance of Stalin's crew; they would appear later in DYOS 10, and much like other Red Alert characters, their exact position in the chain of command was never made clear.

CPC parody from Uncyclopedia; while it persists on the CPC article itself, not unlike the original Putin article mirrored on the DYOS Wiki, the original Harper page was at some point hard-deleted and replaced with a complete rewrite. In retrospect I should have copied it wholesale, rather than a handful of snippets.
