Flag of the New Hetmanate, my Cossack-inspired Ukrainian pseudo-empire in Imperium Offtopicum IV and its sequel game. Had I any foresight, I probably would have made a larger source file.

The design was inspired by Civ3 flag leaderhead graphics by Bathyskaff. It combines the Ukrainian Lesser Coat of Arms with (what I believe is) his flag design for Novorossiya.

UPDATE 16-3-16: Updated colour scheme and increased image size based on SVG remaster.

UPDATE 3-9-22: Downloadable vector available in the SVG Legacy Flag Pack!
