I've always struggled with shiny stuff but the outfits on those two have a perfect shine effect. How did you do that?

@Chaos-Mirror: Hi there, I totally get that, it took me a long time to get this effect. The tip I can give, use a hard brush set to a low opacity set to normal (around 30%) for the edge lighting, and a small round brush with a taper, set to 50% hardness and around 50% opacity set to linear dodge/add.
