Radar, with old-style wings by @cyntbeeh (Cynthia Beehr)

At first I was gonna change Radar's wings back to how they originally were. But when I drew this it was harder than I remembered and it doesn't even look right anymore. So, I guess I'll stick to the "Rouge wings" just because it's easier and it frees up her arms. I also drew her hair a bit differently again. For some reason I couldn't get it to look right when I tried to draw it the same way I did last time, so when I tried to make it look better it ended up like this.
