Pom-Pom, from Homestar Runner, www.homestarrunner.com . Personally, Strong Sad is my favorite, but Pom-Pom's so freaking much easier to draw! I mean, he's a Pom. But he's my second favorite, tied with Strong Bad, so I's drew him.
