This piece is also available in needlework. I wanted to show that even the mother's in the animal kingdom show love and care for their offspring. Granted I did give her an almost human expression, but I've seen this look on a mother cat. This is an 11 x 14 inch in acrylic on canvasboard.

I love the textures in this, but I think my favorite part is that subtle "smile" on the mom...Great job, as usual!
