Zyme's Revenge by @Kooshmeister (Bill Hiers)

The deformed Zyme, (rightly) blaming Viper for his disfigurement, concocts a plan to capture and punish the fiendish biochemist, becoming a mad scientist in his own right in the process. Here we see Viper having been captured by his vengeful former boss, and encased in some kind of slimy cocoon while Zyme gloats over his captive and plans what to do with him.
