So THATS where those wierd things in Twelve Kingdoms came from. And all this time I thought it was just another wacky 'exotic' monster design...

Um. Yeah. Nery nice. Intracate. Detailed. Photorealistic... I'm talking of course, about the background. Those trees actually look like trees in a real forest. Twisted trunks, varying sizes, accurate leaf bunches... And they even fade away into the distance. Very impressive. ...How the heck to do you have the patience to do that?

And then the actual Kirin...

Well, lets just say I am quite impressed.

Agh! I just realized who you were! I thought the art style looked familiar, then I saw your neon dragon in the corner. ^_^ Ah yes, the rambling of a Time Scapes fan . . . .

Yeah, I was reminded of the 12 kingdoms too.... :p And this pic... totally amazing... I love the glow and sparkle, it adds to the mythical feeling of the kirin...

I love these things, they're so exotic. X3

You've done a wonderful job on this piece, I love the little specks floating in the air around him. The background is beautiful and gives the entire picture such a mystical quality, you can almost taste the magic in the air. >^.^<
