Metal has the ability to switch between numerous modes. from flesh, to metallic 1 (Sonic CD Metal), to Metallic 2 (S&K version) and Ultimate Metal (Knuckles Chaotix) - Soon he will learn other more ultimate forms (not as ultimate as the Chaotix one) when he discovers ..oops! sorry, can't say. Gonna draw it out first!

Anyhow, The problem with his transformations however are that if not done correctly they will cause severe pain. This picimature is of him suffering from a fluked change. Oh and ignore the metallic metal's legs, i was just being so lazy.

owch.. I need to draw mecha in transformation. normal fleshie. robotic. and what can happen to him when it all gets fucked :P
