I don't know what anime this is from, but I thought it was cute. I saw the character in an Animage magazine I borrowed from one of my friends and came across a section on this anime. Unfortunately, there was no anime title...
EDIT:: Almost right after I uploaded this, I learned that this is Sugar, from the anime, Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar. Saw the first episode actually. Very cute.

Hy Hy Tiamat. I wanted to let you know that I am 98% sure that this cute little picture is of a Character from Digi-Character thinger ma bobber. I have a japanese mag and it is like all on D-C so yeah...She looks really familiar with out me going around trying to find out which one... ^_^ Talk to you later
