Old Art from 2019 my old char Captain Jake Hurricane my fire elemental Pegasus, with a slight design adjustment.

He's a very unique Hybrid or more accurately a mutt, being an orphan made it hard to try and track down exactly what he is, but Captain Hurricane is most certainly got some Pegasus/Zebra/Kirin considering he is able to turn his mane, tail and the fluff on his hooves into flames when angry.
