My understanding is you draw most of this on a fookin Nintendo DS stylus drawing program yeh?

That is specialist tools right there.

@The-Wizard-of-Zaar: i made this with procreate but i do use my 3ds sometimes, in that case i use art academy for the ds digital paintings
