Always pushing further and trying out new things this experimental track all new for 2024 shows I am always looking to try out various styles and rhythms to add to my ever growing list of styles and sounds.

This time decided to go with something action heavy and beautiful at the same time.

This piece reminds me uncannily of a TSFH track that combined their staple orchestral foundation with a quasi-techno lead, and I'm now going to be spending an hour tomorrow trying to track it down. XD

I don't know if it's a conscious design, but there's something delightfully subversive in how the "vocals" here are the "backing track", and the instrumentals form the actual leading melody—AKA the opposite of mainstream pop. B^)

The piece I'm thinking of is an original, with a more sombre tone. I think it was off Shadows and Nightmares, but that was waaay back in the early 2010s when most of the YT copies were bootlegs and people were mashing up cover images with hardly any regard to provenance. :p
