I remember one year I sprained my wrist but was told to write with the off-hand. I can safely say I have nowhere near the ambidexterity that you do. :P
Seriously, I don't know if the tilted buildings are for effect, but that Hotline Miami sky gives the whole thing a psychedelic feel.
