Short answer: Yes, and 'T(V)' is appropriate. Text/dialogue can be considered Literature for the purpose of rating guidelines. :3

OOOOH Wings of Fire character! I like how she gives off the vibes of the creature she is named after. Definitely not a queen I'd want to get on the bad side of.
