Reposting my webcomic in Spanish and English - Also possible spam
30 Apr 2024, 02:13 PM

Heheh, sorry if you see spaming from my part, but I'm reposting my webcomic in here, both in English and Spanish so I can share it with my friends who are not English speakers.

I already shared my comic in Artfol (where it actually made very, very well!) but the site has flaws that make comic posting harder, such as not allowing to edit already posted images forcing me to delete and repost a comic page, which is not fun when you have already over 70 pages made DXXX and, while I love that I can make folders to place my project, organizing them in order is also another challenge as it shows the most recent page posted first, so I must manually order the pages, so people can get to read them from the start. DXXXXX Also I once put a mature filter in one of them by accident and I couldn't remove it after posting it, which forced to post and delete again T_T

I don't have those problems here and I'm glad The serial option exists!

Honestly, I don't expect much readers here since the population of users is very small, but I'm glad I get to store my comic somwhere. I give up on comic hosting sites as my comic doesn't do well on them since I have a bad habit of writing to much when I know many comic readers don't like to read long texts.

I'm still glad to hav Side 7 to store my stuff :)

Yeah, I remember the chat on Artfol. D: DeviantArt used to have an option to auto-sort by date, but that got axed with Eclipse—I know it caused a lot of grief to one cartoonist I follow who'd go back and reorder first-to-last once the chapter was done. Custom ordering in the main galleries here is in the pipeline, which will definitely help with Groups.

I'm basically a year backlogged even with people I follow, but your style caught my eye (and I'm obliged to review anything textual anyways :^) ) so I will definitely weigh in once I'm caught up. Llama Emoji 27 (Awesome) (V2)

@Thorvald: Awww, thank you! I truly appreciate it ^^

I'm sorry for the late response, work has been crazy these past days DXXXX

Yeah, Glad I left DA. In my case I realized the site wasn't suitable for me as people didn't like my art in there, unless I drew fan art people weren't looking, also the tons, tons, tons of fetish content with cartoon characters, unsencored porn, paraphilias, bigots and overal weird and hostile individuals who were allowed to act as they pleased despite being reported, nope, not going back. It felt more like fetish site than an art place and now with the AI content I'm more than sure to rather stay here and Artfol DXXXX In fact! along with Artfol, Side 7 is the site that has worked the best so far and the most complete, speciallu when it comes to comic posting!

@Trezce: No worries; never mind the submissions backlog, sometimes I struggle to keep up on active correspondence here. XD

Honestly I think the only reason dA hasn't gone open porn is because they realized they can milk it for cash. As I remarked the other day, Post-Eclipse it's like you're stumbling through a gaudy casino.

So... always heartening that you found a refuge here. HAV - Ida B. Wells
